The birth of our Company is the result of the idea to develop and to carry out the concept of a Firm with full competence in a position to fully exploit available technologies that go as far back as the 80s; pay close attention to scientific evolution in every given sector; dedicate ample resources to understand and to have knowledge of new trends in order to be able to ultimately deliver our customers the capacity to analyze, to propose and offer mechanical, electrical and electronical systems, ranging from the private sector to the industrial and public sectors. The determining factor in the implementation of the Company's ideas, was the owner's choice to give opportunities to young people by enhancing and cultivating their natural propensity to measure up with innovations availing themselves, at the same time with veterans' experience in this sector and by so doing, creating complex and high technical projects of a sustained value. TM's development pathway to this date began with the formation of TM Snc (General Partnership Company) led by a young entrepreneur, now CEO of the current SpA (Joint-Stock Company or Corporation), at the time in his early twenties, passing from an Srl (Limited Liability Company), to become nowadays part of TM Group SpA (Joint-Stock Company or Corporation). The fields or sectors which have always enabled TM to offer its services as a specialized firm, such as "Installation Technology", "Heating plants and refrigerators", "Air conditioning" and "Maintenance Services", are key sectors that have helped to lay the groundwork for the implementation of the corporate structure, amplifying and diversifying the basic skills. In particular, during the mid-90s, TM ventured into new business sectors, taking advantage of its experience by participating actively in projects that required a high capacity of know-how to translate basic ideas into executed projects, ensuring the projects' implementations and installations. All was made and is still made possible by the internal technical staff's expertise in every sector of operation and also some key suppliers who all contribute in an active way to render TM a company in continuous evolution and development.
